A nightly check on what you own
You have a strategy.
Prove your portfolio still follows it.
Terminals show you the market. Monsa holds your strategy - and scores every stock you own against it, every single night. When the numbers move, you know whether it still fits.

Example scores against one made-up strategy - not a verdict on these companies, and not advice.
The problem
Every terminal shows you the market.
None of them know your strategy.
- 01
Terminals answer the market's question.
Bloomberg, TradingView, the next shiny charting app. Is the line going up or down? A thousand tools answer it, most of them well. We are not building another one.
- 02
Yours is a different question.
Does the stock you bought six months ago, on a thesis you actually wrote down, still deserve its seat now that earnings have landed and the price has moved?
- 03
Nobody is scheduled to ask it.
So positions drift out of the thesis quietly and stay there. Six months on you are holding something for a reason that expired in February, and nothing anywhere flagged it.
The solution
Describe how you invest. Get rules that can be checked.
Write your thesis the way you would explain it to a friend. Monsa reads it and proposes criteria - you see exactly what it understood before anything is saved, and you keep the sentence as the portfolio's thesis. It never writes your strategy for you.
“I buy profitable companies with little debt, growing revenue at 10%+, and I won't pay more than 20× earnings. I avoid anything I can't explain in a sentence.”
- numNet margin > 0
- numRevenue growth ≥ 10%
- numP/E (TTM) ≤ 20
- numDebt / equity < 1
- aiBusiness explainable in one sentence
num rules resolve against reported figures; ai rules are the judgement calls a number cannot settle. You accept them row by row, and tune every threshold afterwards.
A rule you can state is a rule you can be held to. A feeling about a company is not.
The artifact
Every stock you hold, against every strategy you run.
The columns are strategies - GARP, Wide Moat, Momentum, Deep Value, whatever you define. The rows are the stocks you track. Every cell is a fit score and a verdict. This is the screen you screenshot.
| Stock ↓ | Strategies → | |||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ticker | GARP | Wide Moat | Deep Value | |
| AAPL.US | 64 | 88 | 22 | |
| ASML.AS | 82 | 91 | 34 | |
| NOVO-B.CO | 61 | 74 | 29 | |
| SAP.XETRA | 70 | 80 | 41 | |
| ULVR.LSE | 58 | 72 | 63 | |
| ZQRT.US | 28 | 24 | — | |
Read the marked row across: AAPL.US fits Wide Moat and violates Deep Value. Same company, same day, opposite verdicts.
A fit score is not a rating of the company. It is the distance between that company and the rules you wrote - which is why the columns are yours to define.
GARP, Wide Moat, Momentum, Deep Value are strategies you pick and tune. Tickers and scores shown for illustration.
Twelve positions in, the checking quietly stops. That gap is where a book and its thesis come apart.
What Monsa is
Set the rules once. We hold your portfolios to them every night.
Four steps. The first one you do once. The last one happens while you sleep.
- 01
Name a portfolio, give it a strategy
Start from one of 10 templates - GARP, Deep Value, Quality Compounders, Wide Moat, Momentum and more - then tune every threshold and weight until the rules are yours. Or write your thesis in plain English and let Monsa draft the criteria.
- 02
Fill it with positions
Add the stocks you own or watch - up to 50 - and put each holding in a portfolio. Run several side by side: a long-term book on strict rules, a speculative one on none. Every portfolio shows its own value, P&L and drift.
- 03
Get a verdict
Every ticker gets a fit score from 0 to 100, a per-criterion breakdown, and a verdict - fits, borderline, or violates. Deterministic rules do the math; the AI judges the qualitative calls. Nothing is a black box.
- 04
Re-scored every night
Each night Monsa refreshes fundamentals, prices and FX, then re-scores your entire book. New earnings, new price, new verdict - waiting for you the next time you open the terminal.
Setting the rules takes an evening. Holding to them for a decade is the part almost nobody does unaided.
Templates
10 rule-sets, written out as numbers.
Everybody says they invest in quality, or value, or growth. Each of these is that word turned into thresholds, weights and hard lines - published in full, so you can see what you would be agreeing to before you agree to it.
- Your own wordsDescribe how you invest in a sentence and Monsa drafts the criteria from it, thresholds included, for you to edit. Start here if none of the 10 below is how you actually think.
- GARPPeter LynchGrowth at a Reasonable Price - growing businesses whose valuation hasn't run away.
- Classic ValueBenjamin GrahamOnly passes a business priced clearly below what it earns today, in the Graham manner.
- Deep ValueWalter SchlossStatistically cheap against cash flow, with a balance sheet that can wait.
- Quality CompoundersTerry SmithHigh-return businesses that reinvest at high rates for years.
- Dividend GrowthGeraldine WeissReliable, growing payouts backed by cash flow, not leverage.
- High GrowthPhilip FisherFast top-line growth with strong unit economics, and a valuation limit that is generous rather than strict.
- MomentumRichard DriehausBuilt around price strength, screening for what the market is already rewarding.
- TurnaroundMichael PriceBeaten-down businesses with a survivable balance sheet and a real fix underway.
- Wide MoatWarren BuffettStructurally protected businesses at sane prices - the toll-road idea, written as rules.
- All-Weather DefensiveFischer BlackStable demand, low volatility and a real dividend, for a book meant to be dull.
The names are the investors a style is usually traced to, not endorsements: none of them has anything to do with Monsa, and running a rule-set here is not running their book. Every threshold is yours to move once a portfolio applies one, and none of them are backtested - Monsa makes no claim about what a rule-set does to a book. Read them side by side.
Before you buy
Score it before you own it.
Track a stock you are only watching and it gets scored against your rules the same night - the same fit score, the same verdict, the same per-criterion breakdown you get for a holding. The first answer arrives before the first purchase.
| Watching | Position | Quality Compounders | Deep Value |
|---|---|---|---|
| NVO.USNovo Nordisk | none | 81 | 44 |
| ADYEN.ASAdyen | none | 58 | 29 |
| CDR.WARCD Projekt | none | 33 | 71 |
Watch-only tickers are scored against every portfolio and carried at zero value, so they never move your totals. Tickers and scores shown for illustration.
The cheapest position to get wrong is the one you have not opened yet.
The moment it earns its seat
A company reports. The price gaps. Your thesis was built when the numbers looked different.
That night, Monsa re-scores the stock against your strategy - new fundamentals, new price, new verdict. The next time you open the terminal, you already know whether it still fits, or whether it quietly stopped being the thing you bought.
no guesswork · no vibes · just your rules, applied

Operators
Every operator gets a number.
Founding operators get the price.
Your number is yours from the day you join, whether you are the ninth operator or the nine-thousandth - and so is your place on the board, ranked by discipline rather than by luck. Discipline is how tightly your holdings track your own strategy. Returns are yours to brag about; discipline is ours to measure. The first 100 annual subscriptions carry something the rest cannot buy later: the founding operator seat, and the annual price locked behind it.
founding operator seats claimed
Subscribe annually while these last and you are a founding operator - $100 a year, locked for as long as you stay, instead of $190.
The title and the price go together and neither expires. Monthly buys the same product and the same number, and leaves the seat on the table.
| Rank | Operator | Handle | Discipline | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | #002 | @ihatemontana | 100 | Choleva |
| 02 | #007 | @spinoff_hopeful | 74 | Akcie |
| 03 | #001 | @montanavibes | 73 | Family Nano-Office |
| 04 | #003 | @Marcus | 24 | Test |
| ·· | #009 | @your_handle - founding operator, on annual | Take #009 → | |
Ranked by discipline score - how closely holdings match your own strategy, averaged across every portfolio and weighted by position value - not by returns or profit. Everybody is listed from their first payment under a handle Monsa generates, which they can rename or switch off in one click. Roster fills at launch. Not investment advice.
Questions
Straight answers.
Why not just use a spreadsheet?
If yours is current, plenty of people should. A sheet holds rules perfectly well - what it cannot do is re-check them every night without you, judge a criterion that is not a number, or tell a missing figure from a zero. The honest comparison, in both directions.
What if I don't have any rules written down?
Most people don't, and that is the normal starting point rather than a disqualification. Write your thesis in plain English - what you want to own, what you refuse to own - and Monsa drafts the criteria from it, thresholds and weights included, for you to edit. Or start from one of 10 templates and tune it: each one is published as the actual numbers, so you can see what you would be agreeing to before you agree to it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your strategies and tracked tickers are inputs you gave the product, and you can request deletion of your account and everything attached to it at any time. Nothing about you is sold or passed on, while you are a customer or after you stop being one. If you connected a broker, disconnecting deletes the token and the imports made with it. What you close is a list of tickers, rules and a read-only copy of what you hold - not a position in anything.
Will this still exist in a year?
A fair question about a paid tool from one person, and not one worth answering with a promise. What is checkable instead: the changelog carries dates, the product is funded by the people using it rather than by a runway that has to end, and the person building it runs his own book on it.
Do I need an invite or a waiting list place?
No. Sign in with Google or a code e-mailed to you, pick a plan, and you are in. There is no allowlist, no queue and nobody approving accounts. The only thing that is limited is the founding annual price, and that is a price, not a door.
Is this investment advice?
No. Monsa is a tool for applying your own strategy consistently. It does not tell you what to buy or sell - it tells you whether what you hold still matches the rules you set. Nothing here is advice or a recommendation.
Does it place trades or connect to my broker?
It cannot place trades. The one credential Monsa accepts is an IBKR Flex Web Service token, which serves statements and has no endpoint that could place an order or move cash. Connecting is optional: Monsa reads your open positions, shows you what it would change, and writes nothing to your book until you accept it - how the import works. It is an analysis terminal, not an execution venue.
What data does it use?
Fundamentals, end-of-day prices and FX for US and major European exchanges - London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Copenhagen - refreshed every night. Every metric is flagged as reported, derived, or missing, so you always know what a score stands on.
What is an operator number?
Your ID as an operator, issued the first time you pay and yours for good. Every operator gets one - #009 and #9000 are equally real, and either can lead the board. It comes with a share card and a place on the public leaderboard, under a handle Monsa picks for you - rename it or leave the board whenever you like. A founding seat is a separate thing: the first 100 annual subscriptions lock the founding annual price for as long as they stay. Your number is not the seat, and going monthly does not spend one.
What happens when a company I hold reports earnings?
That night, Monsa refreshes the numbers and re-scores the stock against your strategy. You will see the new fit score and verdict the next time you open the terminal.
